PhaseWare’s Mobile SSC connects you to businesses which use PhaseWare’s Self Service Center (SSC) support solution. The PhaseWare admin will give you login information which consists of a Customer ID and your SSC login credentials. Without this login information, this application will not function.

With PhaseWare Mobile SSC you can:
- Manage your incidents / tickets
- Submit new Incidents / tickets
- Add Notes and photos to existing incidents / tickets
- Receive app notifications of important updates
